You may look like you’re holding everything together while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying experiences you have never fully had the space to process. Trauma can affect the way you think, feel, relate to others, and even how safe you feel in your own body. My approach to therapy goes beyond simply talking about what happened. I integrate trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation techniques to help you understand your patterns, develop practical coping skills, and begin creating a greater sense of safety within yourself. Together, we work at a pace that honors your experiences while helping you move forward. Therapy can be a space to process trauma, strengthen boundaries, reduce anxiety, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath survival. You do not have to spend the rest of your life surviving what happened to you. Healing can include learning how to feel safe, grounded, connected, and fully present in your life again.
